Cancellation & session policies
  • 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule free of charge — use the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows may be charged the full session fee.
  • Nothing is charged now. You pay at the time of your session — Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, or crypto — or ahead of time on the Pay or Gift page. Cards aren't accepted.
  • Have your space ready 10–15 minutes early. Mike brings the table and equipment. A late start can't extend past the booked end time and isn't discounted.
  • Intake form (required by Florida law): before your first session you'll complete a short intake — your name, home address, phone, and signed consent are required by state law (§480.043) before any service.
  • Draping: you stay properly draped throughout — your draping preference is selected and signed on the intake form, and full standard draping is always available. A professional, non-sexual practice.

Because Mike performs every massage himself, he personally confirms each booking, usually within a few hours, so you're never auto-slotted into a time that won't work. You'll get a confirmation email, and you can cancel or reschedule online up to 24 hours before.
